Chapter 545
« on: January 25, 2018, 01:40:50 pm »
Usually, I’m against Shin leading his army, simply because he possess no talent for strategy or tactics. But, this is different, his opponent relies on instinct. A pattern Shin is well aware of and comfortable tackling. Unlike Ten and Kyou Kai, Shin isn't bogged down by Gyou’un’s erratic moves. Kyou Kai accompanied Shin because she knew Ten would never believe him, and at a time like this, would challenge any notion that he has the capacity to outwit Gyou’un or at the very least, interpret his every move. Something Ten, Kyou Kai, and the rest of the gang have not been able to do. And, it is worth noting, that while Shin is the only one actually doing better than the rest, it was Kyou Kai who realized that the Zhao general is the instinctive type. Ten was so engrossed in what she learned as a strategist that she failed to think outside the box. She overlooked the type of person they were in combat with and instead focused only on the irregular behavior present through every move which eventually, baffled her.
